COWBOY RUCKUS – CORONA, NM

One of my favorite man-made sites I’ve seen on the road was found on a desolate stretch of Highway 285 about an hour from Roswell. Artist John Cerney’s “Cowboy Ruckus” is good comic relief after a long drive of rolling hills and rocks.

As you get close to Roswell, another of his murals will cause you to slow down and look. It’s a broken down flying saucer getting a jump from a friendly local. These are really cool.
