Here’s a good one… Katy rescued a mean and ugly chihuahua and has been caring it around like a baby for a week. I took some photos of her to paint a portrait of her and her new baby. I won’t name it “Madonna and child”, but the way she’s been caring him around, you’d think she gave birth to it. I used this pose for the hands and pup.
Here’s the finished canvas. I think it needs one of those gaudy ornate gold picture frames around it before we put it on the fireplace mantle.
