I bought this opaque projector 20 years ago when I started painting really large scale canvases and murals. Some school was selling it and I had to have it. Who doesn’t need an opaque projector, right?
I have memories of the burning paper smells from my elementary school through high school classes that used this type of projector that you could put a text book into it and display it on the screen. Sometimes when I have a book from the library I see a slightly scorched page and I wonder if it sat for hours under the ultra hot lamp in a projector like mine?
