I met a really wonderful artist today at the at the John Sommers Gallery at UNM – Kym Thurman. She had an exhibition of really beautiful abstract canvases exploring line, form and color. Her show is up through April 20th. The space was perfect for the work she was showing and it was really smart stuff. I’m excited to see her work and I will be waiting to see her intriguing new work that she has begun.
