I was trying to build a small electronic drum kit that I could use in performance alongside my synthesizer and as I was looking on craigslist for the parts, I found a deal too good to be true. The drum module has two of my all time favorite drum sounds – the TR 808 and TR 909. Now if only I could learn how to play better.
I’m hoping that Hondo stays interested in drumming long enough to get through the European tour.
